Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer to enable an analysis of how you use the website. The information that the cookie generates about your use of this website is usually transmitted to, and stored on, a server operated by Google in the USA. The IP address anonymisation activated on this website means that Google will abbreviate your IP address in advance within member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the US and abbreviated there. Google will, on behalf of the operator of this website, use this information to analyse your use of the website, compile reports about website activities and provide the website operator with other services related to the use of the website and the internet. The IP address conveyed by your browser when Google Analytics is activated will not be linked to/merged with any other Google data.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by using the appropriate settings in your browser. We would like to point out, however, that in this case you might not be able to make full use of all the features/functions of this website. You can, furthermore, prevent the data generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) from being conveyed to, and being processed by, Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available via the following link: Browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics.
In addition or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can prevent tracking by Google Analytics on our websites by clicking on this link. An opt-out cookie will be installed on your device which in the future will prevent your data from being collected by Google Analytics when you visit this website and use this browser as long as the cookie remains installed on your browser.
Use of script libraries (Google web fonts)
In order to display our content on various browsers and in a graphically attractive manner, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google web fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google web fonts are transferred to your browser cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google web fonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font.
The calling up of script libraries or font libraries automatically establishes connection with the library operator. It is theoretically possible – but currently also unclear whether and if necessary for what purposes –operators of such libraries collect data.
The data protection policy of the library operator Google can be found here:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API to display geographical information visually. When you visit Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about your use of the map functions. You can find more information about Google's data processing in Google's privacy policy. There in the data protection centre is where you can also change your personal privacy/data protection settings.
Embedded YouTube videos
We have integrated YouTube videos into some of our websites. The operator of the relevant plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a webpage, a connection is established to YouTube’s servers, which informs YouTube which sites you are viewing. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can identify you personally with your surfing behaviour. This can be prevented by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.
Once a YouTube video is started, the provider installs cookies that collect information on user behaviour.
If you have deactivated the storing of cookies for the Google ad programme, then you will not need to worry about such cookies when viewing YouTube videos. YouTube does, however, store non-personal user information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, then you have to block the storing of cookies in your browser.
You will find further information on data protection on YouTube under the provider’s privacy policy under: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-GB&gl=en
Change of data protection/privacy policy
We reserve the right to update this data protection/privacy policy statement from time to time so that it is always in line with current legal requirements or to implement changes in our services in the data protection policy, e.g., when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit to our website.
