The three-year Bachelor’s program is a practice-integrated dual study program, which alternates between theory and practice every three months. You will learn the theory at FOM Frankfurt, and during the practical phases, you will be involved in corporate management and projects from all areas of our company!
What you can expect:
- Plenty of creative freedom, flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes
- Good opportunities for further training and development with individual support
- Performance-related remuneration and assumption of tuition fees
- Team-oriented and appreciative corporate culture as well as a familiar working atmosphere
- Regular and mutual feedback and development discussions
What to expect during your training:
- Tasks and areas of application in all areas of the company
- Direct insights into company management by supporting the management
- Collaboration in the planning and implementation of various projects
- Taking over project management of your own projects
What do we want from you?
- General university entrance qualification (or comparable qualification) with good grades in math and German
- Ideally, you will have already completed commercial or technical training
- Flexibility in dealing with new and changing tasks
- Initiative, reliability and independent way of working
- Team spirit, fairness and respect in dealing with other people
- Sense of responsibility as well as commitment and willingness to learn
- Very good PC skills and good knowledge of English
