What makes a strong team? For us, it is the combination of trust, clarity, and the shared desire to develop further.

In a two-day workshop, our team worked intensively on central questions of collaboration – accompanied by Markus Kristen.

In an open, practical atmosphere, we reflected, experimented, and discussed:
How can we act even more effectively as a team? What does performance mean apart from productivity? And how do we strengthen the “we” in everyday work?

Whether in group exercises in the countryside, concrete impulses, or in open exchange – it became clear that good teamwork requires trust, clear communication, and room for development.
