Hauerbuckel
Direct fastening of metal sheets to masonry or other structural components using screws, rivets, or wire loops creates penetrations in the sheet covering. These penetrations must be permanently sealed against water in weather-exposed components.
The soldered Hauerbuckel from WUS provides a rainproof covering for the fastening and simultaneously allows for an enlarged sheet hole. This enables the sheet to compensate for thermal expansion despite direct fastening, without leading to leaks.
Unlike simple sealing rings or sealing rivets, the connection remains permanently secure and reliable – even under changing weather conditions.
